This AI chatbot platform uses a unique search technology, which understands the meaning behind a user’s query and retrieves the best possible result across a knowledge base. The search engine understands the world's 16 most spoken languages, and is also adapting its understanding in realtime from users' interaction.
Role
Our team has developed the React chatbot widget that runs on the clients’ websites, with smart caching so it does not slow down the client’s website and a cache invalidation mechanism for the clients to receive new updates of the widget. On the backend, we have rewritten the Node.js server in WebSockets and Python that provides the widget with the data needed to function.
