We had to create design for the required application; implement the logic of the company documents processing; create possibility to interact/edit with company files in the web format; design an auto reports generation tool; implement backend logic for the required functionality. As part of this project, our PM: analyzed the estimation; coordinated the work of the designer at the stage of design development; interacted with the client to clarify requirements / update tasks (calls / Slack); made the roadmap of the project; prepared the workspace in the task manager (ClickUp) for a productive workflow; described tasks to developers; coordinated the work of developers and QA-engineers; interacted with DevOps on server issues; supervised the implementation of tasks and compliance with deadlines. What about QA: on this project, manual, smoke, regression and cross-browser testing was carried out in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Microsoft Excel and Numbers programs were used to check the reports. API testing was carried out using the Postman tool.
