Web portal that can be used by companies / employers, employees and accountants to conduct internal calculations of the cost of labor, vacations and other accounting
Role
General Process:
1. Company/Employer creates a profile on the site
2. They add their employees, salaries etc
3. Monthly (or on payroll duration periodically e.g. weekly) they process the payroll and we do certain calculations like:
3.1. Tax
3.2. Social Security
3.3. Health Insurance
3.4. Other (e.g. loans and savings programs)
4. Export files (CSV, Excel) for processing to:
3.1. Tax
3.2. Social Security
3.3. Health Insurance
3.4. Other
5. Reports
5.1. Month End and
5.2. Year end reports.
6. Payroll processing / calculation
