Description
This AI-powered HR software serves as a personal recruiting assistant automatically and intelligently screening candidates. There is a dashboard where the user is able to create positions, write screening questions (or select from predefined templates) and review the candidate’s information. The AI analyzes the candidates’ answers to the questions and estimates if they match the position.
Role
We joined the project on the go and made the necessary upgrades. The main tasks included transition to a new cloud, auto deploy with dynamic environments, updates and improvement of REST API and migration of the libraries and third-party APIs to new versions.
