About:
A mobile healthtech application to simplify the medication intake according to the prescribed scheme. The main idea of the application is quite simple - the user can add an unlimited number of medications, set up their own schedule for each (duration, frequency, dosage), and then Arumya will remind him of taking the necessary ones.
Task:
- optimization (bug fixing) of the system and implementation of new functions;
- reorganization of the main architecture of the application to add medication settings screens;
- changing the content of the user profile and setting up OTP registration in the application;
- design of mobile and web versions of the application;
- application logo design.
Solution:
- a new way to register/authorize users using OTP (one-time/temporary password). We used Twilio as a service for sending a temporary password for authorization. To register, the user only needs to indicate the phone number, and then enter the password received by SMS;
- a new flow for adding a medicine to the user's medication calendar: we changed the navigation when creating a medicine, now you can return to each step of the settings; added a “Summary” screen where you can change any previously selected settings and apply all changes in the previous screens.

The whole process was very smooth. And Fusion Tech offered me a PM in addition to an app developer. They gave me a rough estimation. Actually the project ended up taking less than expected. We optimized the application, improved and changed the login and sign up process. The whole experience was really, really good. And I’m really happy and planning to continue working with Fusion Tech.
